This book is for seekers of inner peace and happiness. It offers guidance and peer support for those already walking the spiritual path or considering it. Meditation is a natural state and the birthright of every human being. Recent scientific research has shown meditation and a spiritual way of life increases happiness. I began writing this book after parts of it were revealed to me during my morning meditations. For the past eight years, my morning meditations have guided and inspired my writing.
