This work is dedicated to educated persons, interested in problems of existence of various human communities, beginning with the smallest -a family and ending with the biggest -a state. Human beings usually enter both communities mentioned automatically without their conscious efforts and sometimes meet situations of conflicting of their personal interests and community; they belong, as a whole. The same problems are meet in communities, person enters voluntarily and willingly. The management theory is created for communities, having clearly expressed common goal, named organizations. The management theory has elaborated a rich selection of instruments for conciliation the various interests driving every person to enter the organization and functioning in it with a goal of the organization, as a whole, they belong.
