In present era of technology, outsourcing of business functions is a very common phenomenon. Amongst all, distribution of products is one, that business people often tend to outsource. Especially in the industry of manufacturing and sensitive products, like pharmaceutical base, outsourcing of distribution is recurring. Therefore, in this book, the author has tried to find out the impact of such outsourcing on the profitability of pharmaceutical industry, a case on GlaxoSmithKline Bangladesh Limited, through some measuring factors that best influence the function,their importance in the process along with the key factors intended for the acceleration of retailer satisfaction. The problems were identified and recommendations were also made to seek out the problems in this book.
